Characteristics and performance
PVC door and windowsill board extrusion line consists of conical twin screws extruder, vacuum sizing case, haul-off unit, traveling-cut unit, unload rollers etc. Vacuum sizing case includes water cooling system and drawing vacuum unit. Haul-off unit applies import converter to control pulling speed, stable pulling speed and large force. Cutting unit adopts traveling cut and excellent saw blade, high precision and reliable. Unload rollers protect the surface of plate and door effectively. The production line could be controlled by computer system or electric controlling system imported.

Special for producing PVC,PVC plastic wood hollow door, windowsill board and free foam board etc.
